    Absolutely not the luxurious experience that I expected, with almost lukewarm water in my shower. The staff could barely speak English and seemed annoyed I didn't speak Polish, not very cute if you ask me. I was really hoping for a complimentary gesture to make up for all this nonsense, but of course, that didn't happen.

    Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. One of the advantages - fantastic rooms; they included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes. Nearby restaurant was reasonably priced with exceptional food;)))

    The hotel offers fine lake views that are refreshing.

    I was faced with numerous frustrations. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely unusable, expected in a 5-star hotel. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, failing to offer any solutions for the issues I encountered. The spa area was overcrowded and unclean.

    Amazing spa with unlimited access and beautiful lake views. Highly recommend the bowling alley for fun! The tower suite was spacious and comfy. Loved unwinding in the relaxing sauna after a day of exploring.

    Recommend it for family with kids

    The location was perfect, with fine views from the balcony that were amazing! We had a great time at the breakfast buffet, it had everything from pancakes to fresh fruit, and you could feel the hospitality from staff, made mornings enjoyable.

    It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality offered.

    The Tower Suite offered really good comfort and fine lake views that. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa experience with unlimited access throughout the day with perfect relaxation. The breakfast selection was excellent, catering to various tastes and dietary requirements.

    My room's shower temperature was inconsistent, disappointing.
